Terrace View Park is a small neighborhood park between Fairlawn and Queens Way in the Berkeley hills. It has three levels with two basketball courts on the Queens Way level, a picnic area, lawn, older children’s play area with swings and three turning bars on the mid level, and a Tot Lot on the upper (Fairlawn entrance) level. The Tot Lot at the park currently has a new play structure with small slide, sandbox, three tot swings, and two concrete tunnels. Funds from the mini-grant program supported the addition of the play structure in 1995.
