This project includes bicycle and pedestrian access improvements between Addison Street and the Bike Bridge at the north end of Aquatic Park. It also includes other sire amenities such as a plaza, seating, signage and landscaping.

Please join City staff and design consultants from Design, Community & Environment to review and discuss the Draft Final Concept Plan that reflect comments received from Community Workshop #1 and other stakeholder meetings.

Bike Friendly Berkeley’s Celebration of Cycling in Berkeley

You’re all invited!

WHEN: Today, Thurs., 6/28, 6-8:30 p.m.

WHAT: Good food, scrumptious chocolate vegan cake from Whole Foods, music, and updates on what’s happening with bicycling in Berkeley.

WHERE: The JazzSchool, 2087 Addison St., btw. Shattuck and Milvia (downstairs). Free attended bicycle parking at the Bikestation, south end of the concourse level of the Downtown Berkeley BART station.

Help with Frog Survey

Learn to recognize frog calls and help with Friends of Five Creeks’ every-other-year frog survey by learning to recognize frog calls and then listening at likely spots after sundown. Training session at 7 pm Monday, April 2, at the Albany Community Center, 1249 Marin, Albany, but you don’t need to attend the meeting to participate.
